Can I take an entire serving all at once?
Yes however it’s a lot of calories/carbs etc to consume at one time so often times people will spread it out through out the day.
wondering if taking 1 scoop of serious mass in the morning and 1 scoop at night is similar to having both/the full serving at once. Or does splitting the serving not have the same effect.
Serious Mass works by aiding you with caloric intake so whether you take the full serving at once or divide it into two portions it should not make a difference. As long as your total daily caloric intake (meals+snacks) stays the same and the physical activity levels stay the same (in short your calories in Vs calories out equation is unchanged) splitting the serving into two will give you the same amount of extra calories that a full serving taken at once will.
